Shipping Policy

The Spanish Oak Studio, LLC (“The Spanish Oak Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers custom and made-to-order keepsakes. Because each product is created after an order is placed, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to delivery addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Pricing, Shipping, and Taxes

All product prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Shipping costs $8 for orders under $70, and shipping is free for orders of $70 or more.

Any applicable sales tax is calculated using the delivery address and displayed during checkout before payment is submitted. We do not charge separate handling or service fees.

Production and Estimated Delivery

All products from The Spanish Oak Studio are made to order especially for you. Most orders require approximately 2–7 business days for production, followed by approximately 2–5 business days in transit.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Delivery times of day are determined by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Estimated total delivery is 4–12 business days from the date the order is placed. Weekends, holidays, high-volume periods, carrier delays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control may affect these estimates.

Tracking information will be provided when available after the order ships.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is $8.00 for qualifying orders under $70.00.

Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders of $70.00 or more. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is submitted.

Multiple Items and Separate Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages because different products may be produced and fulfilled by different production partners.

If your order ships in multiple packages, the packages may arrive on different days and separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you discover an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@thespanishoakstudio.com.

Because orders may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted or shipped.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within thirty (30) days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
